Frequently asked questions (FAQ)
What is StopMyCraving about?
Instead of suppressing your cravings we believe you should meet them with healthier tasty options for a sustainable lifestyle. According to Harvard (insert this as a hyperlink http://harvardmagazine.com/2000/03/deep-cravings.html) the best way to deal with cravings is to find a healthier alternative.
What do we mean with healthier alternative?
We work with natural producers who generally use better ingredients that are more nutritious and higher quality. Our products are better alternatives but not perfect, however, they are better than the usual products you crave for. Our nutritionist checks all the products we have on the platform. You can insert your preferences for dietary needs and lifestyle and we match the healthier alternative according to your needs.
Why do we support ethical producers?
Today, the food industry is controlled by a larger dominant industry that focuses less on ethical produces. We believe this is vital for our environment and health, which is why we support ethical produce by only working with sustainable producers. We have have different sustainability categories we work with, check them out here (insert hyperlink: http://webherns.com/development/stopmycarving/index.php/icon-descrition)
Why buy from us?
We need your support to continue grow our network of ethical producers, so that we can continue supporting the small producers who find it difficult to compete in the global food industry. The food industry has the highest closing of businesses every single year, and one of the reasons is because it is very hard for ethical producers to reach consumers and cut through all the marketing noise.
