How do I place my order?

Go to shop, select your preferred healthy snacks and drinks by adding them to the shopping cart. When you are ready to buy, go to the shopping cart where you can insert the card and shipment details - making your ready for a healthy diet. The product will then be delivered to your preferred address and you can choose your preferred delivery option.

What are my payment options?

We use Stripe integration and accept PayPal, Via, masterCard and American Express and other international cards.

Is payment secure?

Yes, we use encryption SSL and also have secure payment via Stripe, who stores the payment data. We do not store your payment details. Please check stripe's service agreement here.

How long will it take to receive my order?

It depends on when the order was placed, where the delivery address located. I.e. our warehouse is currently in the UK and standard orders are typically between 3-5 days. You can pay for tracked and signed delivery which takes 1-3 days. For international deliveries the standard is 14 days, but the specific days vary depending on the transport, weather as well as customs.


During busy seasons such as Black Friday and Christmas, it may take longer to receive your package due to high volumes with couriers.

How much does my shipment costs?

I haven't receive my package, what should I do?

If your package hasn't arrived, it may be delayed due to weather or unforeseen circumstances within the postal service. If you have paid for a tracked postage, you will receive a tracking number on your order and can track the status of your order. If you have made an international order, the package may be delayed at customs.
